Wow! I want to commend Joe Jenkins for his professionalism, his stepping up to any issue and taking a LOT of the burden off me in selling my home. Being in the middle of a very difficult situation in the sale of my house, I reached out to Joe to help me straighten the situation out before I lost both the sale and my mind. I’m one of the thousands that sell/buy once or twice in a lifetime, so I was unaware of how difficult it was going to be, and how discouraging the process could be. Joe disproved that attitude within a week of working together and stepped up through the whole process with both his extensive knowledge and his twenty-plus years of providing realty support. If there was an issue in selling my home, Joe made sure to tell me - and to provide several solutions when he presented the problem. I was also very impressed with his CB network – in the rare instance that Joe didn’t have an answer or a solution, he often said he had access to another professional who did! I will happily, in future, recommend this talented, hardworking individual to anyone who needs help in Real Estate.

We just bought our second home with Joe Jenkins, and are so appreciative of everything Joe did for us in the process. He is professional and knowledgeable, but most of all he truly got to know us and understand our needs! My only regret is that we won't be in the market for another house any time soon (since he helped us find the perfect place), because I'd like to continue to have Joe by my side!
