We love our new house and we could not have had it without John Lopez and his crew crunching numbers quickly and getting offers out. Thank you to all of you. John and his group make buying and selling our homes easy. John has such a large network of people who respect him. Without his guidance, We could not have landed most of our houses. He knows exactly what we should offer to have a good chance at buying and how to get the maximum amount back when we sell. Connie makes everything run smoothly after John seals the deal. She is amazing at getting right back to you with any questions or help that is needed.

I like John Lipez, Christina and Connie Raikes. I don't attribute their professional skills to Coldwell Banker Legacy because John would handle himself with the utmost professional manner in any other real estate company because that is who he is and why he is successful. He treats his customers well, with respect, care, and integrity. It's because of his ability to gain the trust of his customers by being effective, efficient and offering one on one support. He does live up to his slogan.

John was instrumental in getting our new house. Living in California and buying a house in New Mexico can present some major obstacles in this fast paced over asking price market. We saw the house online at 10am, called John by Noon, he was at the house by 2pm doing a video call showing us the 4800 sf house on 2 Acres. We spent about an hour with John on the phone, By 5pm we submitted an offer $6K over asking with no contingencies. By 7pm the offer was accepted with a 45 day closing, and we were well on the wild ride to secure financing. John and Connie, his partner in actually getting the paperwork, inspections and issues resolved over the next 45 days were fantastic. We would definitely recommend their services if your looking to buy in the Albuquerque area.
