After a disastrous experience with another realtor, Joi Banks Schmidt was recommended to me. What a difference! Joi immediately created a plan to sell my late mother’s home. She handled all arrangements in an efficient and professional manner. From photos, staging, and open houses. Thanks to her we received three offers and within two weeks the house sold, and within a month all was settled. I can’t thank her enough, and I plan to call her when the time comes to sell my home.
