Kim is extremely professional and accommodating. She helped me through the process, answering all my questions, especially those that I was unfamiliar with because I haven’t purchased a home in 30 years. Everything you could want in the buying process. She was incredibly quick to respond to communication, she was very patient, and willing to go over all the details, as many times as we wanted. She has remained a resource even after completion of purchase for occasional questions. Kim was very diligent in both finding us a new home and selling our old house. She worked with us for over 3 years to find the right one, even through our changing requirements. Once we found a new home, she guided us through the process of getting ours ready for the market. Even during a downturn in the market, she was able to get it in front of the right audience and produce an offer in a couple of months. She worked with the buyer's agent to ensure everyone was satisfied with offer.
