Larissa was absolutely amazing!! We just moved to North Carolina and decided to sell our house in New Mexico. Literally within 3 days she has everything set up, got in contact with a stager to stage the home and had everything ready to put the house on the market. The house went on the market for a day and then we got an offer within that day! An offer we absolutely wanted of course!!! She exceeded our expectations hands down and now we recommend her to everyone!

Larissa is the most competent, hard-working, proactive and friendly agent we've come across in a very long time. We first encountered her on our initial house hunting trip in April 2021. She was kind enough to spend a significant part of her morning going over the ABQ market, pulled several listed homes in areas we were considering and gave us her straightforward opinion on the good and bad of each area. After we returned to VA, she kept in touch with us and did not hesitate a moment to meet with us again upon our return to NM in September. She dove right in and set up a home search so we could stay abreast of homes for sale from afar. As the market was tight due to the pandemic and offers being made were well above asking, she worked with us to do a few video tours of homes we were interested in. When we relocated to NM in October, she was immediately responsive to our desires to view select homes and eagerly joined us to give us the lay of the land for each neighborhood and advised on things to look for that were unique to the ABQ area. All through the bidding process, through closing and beyond, Larissa has been most attentive and delightful to work with. And she even had the time to pursue advances in her own career. It is clear she enjoys her work and is the consummate professional. Quite a lady, indeed. Do not pass up the opportunity to engage her should you get the chance.
