I was moving to El Paso from Los Angeles and when family already here never helped me, I went to an online app and got Letti Velasco to help me right away. The El Paso real estate market is really hot right now, but Letti got us a house really quick. My first text to her was August 2 and on August 16 I moved in! She’s awesome!

Lettie (and the rest of the Colwell Banker staff) were so very helpful in my purchase of a home in El Paso. From advising on how Texas real estate differs from California's (where I moved from), to arranging for a roofing and home repair specialist to come by and provide estimates on repairs, to insights on different neghborhoods, Lettie provided stellar service. She's also super low key and oh so patient. Never any pressure. I was able find a great home quickly, and Lettie guided the negotiations with the sellers' agent that resulted in a reduction in price and inclusion of a lot of furniture. Lettie is a real gem, and more than earned her commission on this transaction.
