Maria Martinez was incredible from the very start of the process. She took time to learn all of the details of our house so that she could communicate that information to prospective buyers. Maria marketed the house on websites, mailers, social media and held two open houses. Her communication of information was amazing and greatly helped us through the whole experience. She priced the house perfectly and helped get us an above list offer. Once under contract she made sure that appraisals, inspections and financing were completed by the Buyers so that we could close in a timely manner. She is the best!!

Maria Martinez is an exemplary realtor. We are from out of town and were first in touch with Maria on a Wednesday. When I casually mentioned we were going to be in Albuquerque on Friday, she immediately arranged for us to see houses late Friday afternoon and spent all day Saturday with us. Thanks to her experience and extensive knowledge of the Rio Rancho area, we found our home that same Saturday. Throughout the process, Maria was quick to respond, provided answers to every question, assisted us in finding services in our new hometown, and interfaced with the title and mortgage lenders efficiently. All of this was accomplished with a cheerful and thoroughly professional demeanor. Maria made us feel as though we were her only client which is a gift given the many other clients in her workload. She is friendly and helpful. She took our wants and needs into account. She gladly changed wording of listing and rearranged the order of photos when we asked. She stuck with it and helped us get through a 4 1/2 month delay by the town over splitting property into 2 pieces.
