The respect, professionalism, and the amazing help. Any questions I had there was an answer, the amount of effort and dedication to provide information or documentation was just flowing back. From purchasing a first home the team and company was on my side. I love and respect them very much for just the amount of hard work and commitment to me. They helped me and guided me to understand what was needed, what was being asking on documentation. They’re strong to help you with your satisfactory needs for purchasing a home. They worked in my budget, provided other team members they trust to ensure the house was up to needs, and would fight for their customers to get them what they wanted. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new home especially for a young first time buyer. Ms Mary Kay Gutierrez, In my 74 years I have done many real estate transactions, however never have I experienced one in which I ended the process completely satisfied that my real estate agent had helped me plan and execute a sale flawlessly. Michell is an uncommon professional who demonstrated: integrity, professional knowledge, focus and determination as I’ve never, ever experienced in a real estate transaction before. She was always available to discuss options, analyze data, provide requested information and valuable advice in a frank and knowledgeable manner. The property being sold was in a closed community with a mix of land leased or resident owned lots. These factors made pricing and presenting the property a somewhat unique challenge. Michell analyzed the variables and presented me with an extremely well thought out plan resulting in selling the property in mere days. Michell is one of those individuals in a profession for which she is best suited for herself, her clients and most especially for you, the company fortunate enough to have her expertise!

Michelle Benton is amazing. She sold my daughter and son in laws house, sold them a house as well. Then we used her again to sell my fathers home. She is constantly in touch watching the market and interest rates for us so we can sell our home in SW and purchase something in NW. My daughter and son in law are also looking for a bigger home when the rates drop and we will ALwAYS use Michele for our sales and purchases. She made the process so easy and sold before the house hit the market.
