Michelle was the consummate professional real estate agent. Her advice was excellent, she and her staff kept us on track and she personally worked extremely hard to prepare the house for showing; we were all rewarded with quick offers. We accepted the best and then the backend processing began. Everything with the closing also went very smoothly and Michelle was there to the very end to ensure everyone's satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with her and Coldwell Banker Legacy selling our house for a fair price.

Michelle was great in the sale of our home. She spent a lot of time getting our house staged (it was messy and disorganized with kids) and I was very upfront that i didn't want to deal with showings past the weekend. We got 3 offers within 24 hours and were under contract within 48 hours. Would recommend!

Michelle greeted us with a fully appraised home ownership document listing out all the local area house recent sales and open sales, and explained the local market to us. It gave us a clear picture of what we was available and what was recently sold.
It enabled us to reach conclusions on what we could sell for, what the time period would likely be and the process of actually going to the selling market.
She spent considerable time on any questions or concerns that we had, delivering thoroughly detailed information line by line on any concerns.
She is a very knowledgable real estate agent that knows her business and that of her clients. Would use her again if we consider a move back to New Mexico. Would recommend her to any one who needs a reference on Michelle.
