monica has been great from the beginning when i was looking to buy a house and then when i sold my house. she is always on top of things and gets stuff submitted right away. she has been very attentive in getting the ball rolling with paperwork and was always so helpful in explaining things when i had tons of questions. If i ever move back to NM i will use her time and time again for buying and selling homes
