Pat went above and beyond her duties to help us find a home. She is so knowledgeable in what she does that there was never a doubt in our minds that the process of home buying would be done with a pro. She explained everything so that we understood the necessary steps needed and why they were needed. She kept us informed of everything being done so that there were no questions left unanswered. If there is anyone out there in search of a home with someone that knows how to help,they need to contact Pat Treece. They won’t be sorry.

I specifically admire the way Ms. Patricia Treece behaved as if SHE were buying the property. She was very informative, pleasant, professional and kept us up to date with everything regarding our purchase. She helped facilitate communication between us and potential repair companies/individuals. I have recommended her to someone who may be moving in from California. We worked with Pat Treece who was amazing! She took her time to go over what to expect during the house hunting/buying experience, was super patient with us when things changed and really looked out for what we wanted. Pat was also really great about informing us of changes and options. Pat continued to be a treasure from start to finish working 24/7 to stay in contact and follow up with us including providing appropriate numbers for utilities after purchasing our home.
