I am certain his advice led to several offers to buy the house within hours of placing it on the market. I have zero complaints.

We first met Rey while enquiring about a property he was listing. We were impressed that he answered the phone while he was on vacation and got us the information that we needed to decide against that property. After that, we knew we wanted someone like Rey to be our agent going forward. Rey strongly encouraged us to meet in person with him to go over all the details before making any offers. Rey reached out on the spot to his contacts when there was anything we needed more information on. It was a pleasure working with Rey. He is not like other realtors that sometimes tend to rush through the buying process without first explaining things thoroughly or doing proper research.
