Rick Jackson went way above and beyond what I've ever had a realtor do to complete the sale. He helped me sell a house that had been vacant for several years when inherited from a relative. It came with tax and utility liens, a deed which hadn't been transferred following a divorce, and more. I live in Oregon and met Rick once in Albuquerque. He coordinated repairs with contractors, got us great rates, met them at the property, and helped get the liens clarified for the title company. All of this, on an older home sold for under $125k. Rick is phenomenal and gets the job done. His only concern is providing value to his client.
