Robin Florance , my sister and my realtor with Coldwell Banker, really worked hard to sell a rental property for me in downtown Albuquerque , NM, that I had tried to sell for years. She got it done. I am now working with her advice to get my own home in shape to list with her. She will be helping me find a smaller home. She is new in the real estate business, but she gets a lot of counsel from the other more experienced realtors at Coldwell Banker. That advice has been very valuable to both Robin and me.
