I liked that Ronnie Lovato helped us price the house appropriately and we were able to sell the house very quickly (within 2 days). I was very impressed also with the content and quality of the pictures and posting--the background music is a very nice touch.
Ronnie was very professional, responsive and honest, and would research items for which he did not have answer to and would explain issues in terms we could understand. In addition, Ronnie is a "full-time" agent, meaning he would get back to us on our questions any time of the day, or day of the week.
No doubt selling a house is extremely stressful so having an agent like Ronnie to help you at every step from the very beginning with a walkthrough to give us staging tips to the closing date--and always with a smile.
