I would recommend Scarlett Mercer to anyone looking to purchase a home. Scarlett was very helpful and very patient with me as I was going through a separation and was unsure of what areas I wanted to move too, Scarlett helped submit a couple of offers on a couple of homes and thankfully they didn’t go through as we found a new home in a new subdivision and she was there for all my meetings with the purchase and closing process.
