Sean was incredibly helpful, especially to us as adult first-time home buyers in a new and unfamiliar city. I don't think we would have survived this process without him -- he was always available & willing to explain any part of the process that we didn't understand (which was most of it!), understood very quickly what we were looking for, and was incredibly fun and friendly as well.

I met Sean Ritchel at an open house and immediately knew he was the realtor for me. Sean's energy is contagious and helped me keep looking until he found us the perfect home In Rio Rancho. Sean was always on top of any question I had on the spot and kept us super organized throughout the entire process. Sean's great sense of humor really helped when searching became tedious and his steady patience helped keep the process calm and on track. Sean is going places let him take you with him. Definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with.
