10 out of 10, would rate it 20 out 10, if I could. Very professionally, incredibility helpful, communication was excellent and provide alot of knowledge on what I should do to sell my home. I cannot thank Shain and Cold Banker enough in helping me successfully sell my home. They made it so easy for me, as I was in the middle of PCSing to a new military assignment. Communication back and forth to me was fast and they made it easy for me to understand all the terminology and lingo when reading and going through contracts and forms.
