Sharie Rutledge is an outstanding realtor. She worked with my wife and I all the way through the process of selling my wife's mother's house. She provided advice to us on a daily basis, and treated the sale of the house as it was her own house. We appreciated her advice. I was always told that when you signed a contract to sell, the real estate agent had to work for the seller or the buyer. Sharie let us know upfront that she was working for the seller. Sharie kept in touch with us on a daily basis (something our previous agent did not do). We wish that we would have contracted with her sooner. We didn't want to reduce the price of my mother-in-law's house, but Sharie explained the market, so well that it made sense. Sharie is a go getter and I would highly recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers. If ever there is ever a need for a reference, I would be honored to give one. She is tops in our book!
