I was so fortunate to meet Susan Beard way back in the 1980s, when she found us our first house. She then sold it for me in 2007, and found us a beautiful house in 2008. This past summer, she sold it for us. Each time, Susan worked so hard to make sure we were well educated, informed, and supported us though all the decisions of buying and selling. She is truly someone you want on your team, especially in a volatile housing market. I can’t say enough about Susan! She is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, has an amazing list of repair people to recommend, calls every day to keep in touch, and advises with integrity. I happily offer the highest recommendation! Get her on your team!
