Susan Garza was extremely responsive throughout the time our home was listed and during the time of negotiations with the buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home. She is extremely professional and personable, and was a pleasure to work with.

Susan took the time to actually show us places on our visit to Las Cruces and spent the time putting together an offer on our new home. She acted as dual agent and seemed very fair to both clients. After we closed on our dream home, she gave us tips on dealing with our move to a new home, city and state. If I can talk my son into moving here, I already told him I have a great agent that can help him find and buy a home.

I had a great experience working with Matt and Susan. Matt has managed my rental property for many years with clear communication, timely disbursements and monthly/yearly reports. I am currently living in Oregon. After the last tenants moved out Matt evaluated my property and was able to give me a market comparison on renting vs. selling. Matt then helped line up contractors to get the place fixed up and ready to sell. This was all done remotely and I never had travel to from out of state. Matt and Susan were able to help me seamlessly transition the property from rental to sold in less than 3 months. They were very easy to work with, I never doubted the integrity of their word and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
