Oh, let me count the ways. First, Tim and his crew were highly recommended by my friend and handyman, Buddy Underwood, who I've known for over 20 years. That was about the best recommendation available, in my opinion. Tim and his crew are very responsive. Whenever I had a problem (which was rare), they always responded within a few hours by email or phone. Ellen Brown and Lorraine Tourville, especially, seem to be very detail oriented which, as someone who is also detail oriented, I appreciate very much. However, my detailed work has nothing to do with real estate, and so I appreciate them even more because of that. (I might point out that Ellen Brown never, ever seems to sleep; I'm wondering if that's in her job description ;-)) Perhaps the most important thing about Tim is that he really, really listens. My sale situation was probably one of his easier ones; however, he never cut corners. And, while a realtor isn't necessarily a certified counselor, Tim also helped there, too. I'm an elderly, single woman, downsizing for no doubt the final time, and was occasionally emotional as I was saying goodbye to memories. Tim was always very patient with that. Several friends wanted me to do a FSBO. I am sooooooo glad that I did not. I would have been lost, but also appreciate all the legal issues involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and his crew to friends.

Personal. Tim is as accommodating as humanly possible. I have to believe that he treats every one and every deal the same, since ours was quite small compared to the average home sale in Albuquerque. He was always quick to respond, making numerous sacrifices on his time and gas budget. He obviously has many years of experience in this domain and we benefited greatly. He empowered us to make every decision with as much relevant information as necessary. We also benefited from his network of connections when we needed help outside his particular domain.
