I just cant say enough about how much of a blessing Vance has been for our family. Vance was very understanding and explained every step as we went thru the process of selling our home. Always was in communication with us and checking in with us. Even now that our home is sold he is still in contact with us and checking in, he was also able to recommend a realtor in the state we are moving to and even got us connected with our Mortgage Broker. Vance was great during the entire process, he was able to secure a buyer in less than 24 hours. Even after the initial buyer had a contingency issue and the deal fell through he was able to get another buyer secured in a couple of days.
