What is there not to say!! I just absolutely love Vance he went above and beyond for us when buying the perfect lake home. He made the process so simple and fun not your typical realtor never pushy always listened to what I wanted and went to bat when it was time. I am truly thankful and would highly recommend the real estate guru Vance!!!

Vance was great during the entire process, he was able to secure a buyer in less than 24 hours. Even after the initial buyer had a contingency issue and the deal fell through he was able to get another buyer secured in a couple of days.
