Working with Vera Perry of Coldwell Banker Legacy was a pure pleasure. With her help, we found and bought our new home in less than two months. Vera is bright, efficient, and has a very deep understanding of all hidden obstacles in the homebuying process. She was able to navigate us throw the all steps smoothly and explained to us all delicate moments during the house selection and closing preparation. To make the story short, Vera’s uncanny ability to read and understand fine print saved us a big chunk of money at closing.
