Wende has a varied and extensive knowledge of not only real estate, but building materials and methods. She knows about things most agents don't. She definitely has her finger on the pulse of the ABQ market. We put her to the test by looking at many houses over 9 months...She stuck with us and kept up her consistent advice. She was patient, empathetic, and very kind regarding our issues. It was as if we were her only clients. We never waited very long for a response from her. All of that lead to our dream house! Top Notch company! Wende and her assistant Connie were fantastic. I have sold several houses in the past as well as purchased homes in other states and cities. For the first time I felt as if I was truly being repressented by my realtor and I was more than just a sale. .
