I love your customer service people that answer the phones and set the appointments. I had to change my appointment. What I was surprised at was that the workers wouldn't help me out by carrying an item from my basement to my first floor. I would have paid for the service. Now I need to find someone else to move the item. I didn't really understand why they wouldn't move it. They were here and were moving other items from downstairs - what was the big deal? I would have paid $50 more to have had the item moved.
How courteous, pleasant, patient and helpful everyone was! This has been the BEST customer service I have ever experienced!! From my initial telephone call, to the young men who came with the truck---FANTASTIC!! You should provide customer service training to other companies :)
Everyone that worked with me, I had the pleasure of using both of your services, was very nice and professional! I called the first time to have some dressers hauled away and they came the same day within 2 hours of my call!
Your reservation process was a mess! We were quoted 3 completely different prices for our move and getting the local office was confusing. . it seems there was confusion about whether or not trucks were available. Once the move itself began it was super but we felt, at one point, like there was a bit of "bait and switch" going on.
