I like the fact that you don't just throw things away; that you recycle, donate and repurpose items when appropriate. I appreciate the fact that your employees are well groomed, polite and prepared so that I never have to feel awkward about their doing work on a business site. Communication is also excellent, with follow up phone calls and emails making sure that we are all on the same page as far as scheduling.
The men were very efficient and helpful with the removal of two large pieces of furniture. They arrived early because they were ahead of schedule so they called beforehand to let me know before showing up. I was not overcharged and the final cost matched the estimate I was given. Great service overall.
The workers have great work ethics. They are courteous, professional, efficient with time, quick with problem solving and have a "can do" attitude for all jobs, including complex. The fees are pretty reasonable. The response time is quick.
The guys were professional, called to confirm appointment and answer any questions after I scheduled an estimate online, called 15 minutes before arrival and within the 2-hour window. Confirmed pricing for the size of the hot tub. They guys worked hard and fast to remove the hot tub and were careful and cleaned up the area after they finished.
When I scheduled the appointment for my clients I told them that they would have at least a half a truck worth of stuff and knew the price break between 1/4 and 1/2 a truck was substantial. I was also told I'd receive a phone call when they were on their way and never received that. The guy who came only had 1/4 of a truck left and wasn't overly helpful in getting everything figured out. The impression made on the appointment was that we could point and have them take stuff was way overstated as there wasn't enough room and they made no attempt to maximize the space they did have for my clients. My client ended up moving some of the items with them and she asked if they could come back when they had more space and they told her they could take one item later. As a real estate agent I had great recommendations suggesting you. It's also a reflection on me to my clients when I refer someone out and it doesn't look good on me. Very disappointed that they ended up paying the high rate of quarter truck and the movers were not accommodating.
It was very easy to arrange by going online and setting up the appointment. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the website and group that showed up to haul my items away. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
We had a great experience. I thought you were a little expensive and expected the truck to be a bit bigger. Because I thought the truck would be bigger the estimator on the app seems inaccurate. All said, we will use you again.
