Response From College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving
May 18, 2015
I am so sorry you were displeased with our service. I did attempt to contact you on 5/1/15 at 1:16p to reschedule your service but we must have crossed wires somewhere. I would be happy to set that up if you'd like. Normally a two person team can remove a fridge from a basement but it is my understanding that your fridge is a large model and couldn't be removed without damage to the steps or drywall, is that correct?
I have spoken with the team about your appointment and they mentioned that the bolts on the bed were stripped and asked how you would like for them to proceed. Their interpretation of your response was that you didn't have a preference, as long as it was removed. Was this incorrect?
When you and I spoke on 4/29/15 at 3:03p, we discussed that the truck we use for hauling is not suitable for moving furniture from one resident to the next because it doesn't have a top, nor any way to strap furniture into the bed. For furniture moves, we use our box truck to safely secure items and this would require a second team to your location and would be an additional charge. My notes indicate that you didn't want a second team, is this correct?
Again, I apologize that you were dissatisfied with our service. I am happy to schedule a move team to deliver your glass curio cabinet in the move truck and a hauling team of 3, if you'd like.
Thank you for the opportunity and I look forward to hearing from you.
