On the phone, I was assured I wouldn't have to lift a finger and that the hunks would clean the area in which the furniture was in. My mom was asked to hold the door open for them on more than one occasion, they did not clean. Also, I was told that half a truck was the size of four couches and then once the car was loaded i was told it was the size of four love seats instead.
Eric and Donald were great. They took all the worry out of moving the heavy furniture and placing it where we liked it. They were both very careful and treated our furniture as if it was their own. So no stress at all!!!
I've used the company in Tampa, which gave a specific time to their arrival. I was not informed that the time slot I was given for my move using the Orlando branch would be a "window". I asked for an 8 am move on Saturday 9/12, I texted to confirm and did not get a response. I called them around 7:45 the morning of 9/12 to get confirmation of my confirmation, to which I found out that the movers would not be there until 8:30. At 8:45 I called again to see where they were, and I was then informed that the appointment I had scheduled was a "window" of time from 8 - 10 and they arrived around 9 am. I was disappointed that the window was not specific since I got to my apartment at 7 to move all the little boxes first, only to have to sit and wait around for movers to finally appear.
