Movers didn't know how to properly pack the truck and didn't attempt to protect furniture. Dining table was damaged while the movers brought it into the house. I tried to inform them that they would damage the item but they insisted they knew what they were doing. Apparently they didn't know enough.
Move, and crew performing it was really a 10; my issue was lapse of time between scheduling move for 6/26 with conversation with Fla callcenter and any contact from local franchisee to confirm and discuss specifics of job. Didn't occur until 6/19 after several calls from me generated no action;
Caused me to be concerned move was really scheduled.
Long answer to suggest there be QC requiring local to communicate with client weeks before move date.
The staff is always friendly and they always try to fit as much stuff as possible in the truck-load instead of trying to rip you off like most other junk removers. I have noticed prices of loads have gone up significantly recently, but either way the employees still try to take everything you want and condense the items to keep the cost somewhat reasonable. I appreciate that!
