Responded to my email after my move showing some scratches on my dresser. I was just hoping to have a little bit taken off my bill. The guys did a good job and I understand things pick up a few scratches the more they are moved. You guys have moved me 3 times within 4 years. I was not upset so much about the little bit of damage but about not receiving a reply to my email.
I didn't get the move I thought I ordered. I thought the movers would bring boxes to pack my remaining closets and that they would empty the house. They didn't have boxes and still left a lot of my belongings. I had to pack as they moved furniture and return today to get the remainder of my things. They also took a door off its hinges and didn't put it back.
You guys were awesome!!!! Especially in accommodating my unforeseen needs and underestimation of items needed to be removed. It was especially comforting to know that can be truly donated and recycled would be addressed. 60 years of accumulation of items and memories

Delivering the pricing up front would be helpful. However when researching all I found was items for pickup were priced on how much space (1/8, 1/4 etc) they take up in the truck. Understandable. However no place on the site does it say 1/8 = $ or 1/4 = $$. Pretty much they just tell when arriving. So as a consumer you are going in a little blind.
