David, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service we performed for you. I have spoken with the crew regarding your move, and it was explained to me that measures were taken to protect your furniture and your home. I was informed that moving the sleeper sofa did cause some damage to a door, however that was the only damage the crew was aware of. I am confident in the crew that conducted your move, and it is also my understanding that you tipped them a total of $130. Typically, when a customer is not satisfied with the quality of their move, the crew is not rewarded with a tip. Again, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the services we provided for you, however we appreciate your business.
