Response From College Hunks Hauling Junk - Dallas, Frisco & Plano
November 10, 2015
I attempted to contact this client by phone twice, but did email her in which I apologized and extended an offer to make things right.
In the meantime, I did talk with the team on duty for this job. They indicated that one of their shoes, though he wiped them first, had one small piece of dirt that came off at the front entry. He picked up what he could and offered to clean it up, the client declined and indicated that it wasn't that bad. He saw no other dirt or mud that was tracked in.
After that, both of the guys took off their shoes and left them outside the front door for the remainder of the job.
We do keep shoe booties on the truck and we'll reinforce the use of them when appropriate.
