The friendliness of all the staff, their concern for our needs, their expertise in the world of bicycling, etc, etc are all top notch. Colin understood exactly what I needed with my old Mavic wheels rebuild with Campy hubs from my vintage Colnago. Had the spokes ordered and wheels expertly built within a week. Wheels are perfect as was the service. Excellent shop!
