I like the service that I get when my bikes need maintenance and/or repairs. In the last instance, they turned the bike around in hours instead of days. Greatly appreciated. I bought a Domane a few years back with SRAM electronic shifters. Maintaining them is way more complicated than I anticipated. I did not know about the batteries that required changing under the brake hoods until they died and had to be replaced at the shop. When I replaced them myself, I did not know a pairing process was required - again a trip to the shop. All that complexity should have been explained when I purchased the bike. Therefore you get a 9 and not a 10.

I loved the customer service I received from Colin. He was so helpful in making sure I got the right bike! I was able to test ride it and even helped me make sure my bike rack would work. Definitely would come back for my future bike needs. Shop local!!
