Searched the internet to find a specific bike. Colonial had it and Frank worked with me to purchase the bike and then have it shipped. He called to let me know about packaging the bike and when it was being shipped, and when to expect delivery. The bike arrived well packaged, and no damage. My local Trek dealer assembled the bike for me and it’s ready to go. Frank and Colonial went far beyond my expectations, especially because this was a long distance transaction. It was almost as if I was actually purchasing the bike in-person. This is what a great business does for its customers. Frank and Colonial are the best!
