We bought a 5th wheel from them back in July and sales men was great, he got us taken care of in a professionally and timely manner. When we pick up the rv we were shown everything on how it works and they took their time to answer all our questions. We got it home and had a couple of issues and our sales men help us out anytime we called. The biggest problem we were missing a heat pump in it that we were told it had and after working with them back and forth for a couple months they took upon themselves to put one in at their cost. Problems are all solved and we are satisfied with everything thanks to their team.

Recently I visited Colton RV of North Tonawanda. I was pleasantly greeted once stepping inside and said I was looking to have an outside storage compartment key made. Even though they didn’t have the uncommon key blank needed, Liz and her coworker offered a simple alternative solution which was a very good idea. While at the checkout I noticed they had a large well stocked area with all kinds of potential RV needs. Things like special electrical connections, extensions and way too many different items to mention. I realized that this will be my go to place for my RV needs. They gave me a little tour explaining the most important RV items that had to do with safety. I bought a few things and will be going back in the near future for more practical items as needed.
