Everyone was extremely nice, the place was clean and the water was clear. I have recommended friends to join. I am much older person and I was nervous about being around the younger ones. However, they had an area with a private pool called the tank which I was excited about and comfortable.
All of the instructors are very caring and helpful in the parent toy class. For those of us that do not have a pool, it gives kids access and a learning environment.
We love the small class sizes and our daughter responds very well to the teachers and teaching style (NOT the case with all activities!!). Class slots are very accommodating of our schedule and we love how the staff are all very cheerful and greet kids by name.
I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help (special call out to Issa). The coaches are also nice and attentive and seem to enjoy their job.
Some areas for improvement:
(1) I would like to see my child being challenged a bit more, as I feel that her progress has been generally slow lately. More targeted support in the areas that are observed to be barriers to her progress would be helpful (in lieu of just repeating the same task and expecting different results).
(2) When classes are cancelled due to closures or holidays, I would prefer a refund rather than a make-up class with no expiration date. Our family has a busy schedule, so finding time for make-up classes is challenging.
The swim instructors are kind, pleasant, and patient. They are helping our sons build confidence and learn important life skills. We appreciate them very much.
We love how the class sizes are small enough that all the kids get attention and feel safe - when it's really chaotic and loud, our daughter really doesn't do well. It's great how all the staff are super friendly and rescheduling missed days is pretty easy
