The instructors are incredible! Front desk staff are Always friendly, warm, and welcoming! It is the perfect place for kids to learn to swim. My kiddo is always excited for her lessons!
They have great staff that are easy to work with. Safety and skills are both prioritized. Instructors are consistently high quality and consistent over time.
The staff are nice and friendly. The coaches work well with the kids and my daughter has made progress.
There are some areas of improvement though: when the main coach is absent, it seems like the people who fill in are generally not aware of kids' skill levels and do not challenge them as much or move at a much slower pace.
Also, there is no good way to manage longer absences due to summer vacations even with a lot of advanced notice. I would think that, if it's ok for classes to be cancelled by safesplash with oppoortunities for make-up at any time, the same should be possible when there is a lot advanced notice for family vacations, without the treat of losing our spot in a class. I can understand things being different for short notice absences that are reoccuring.
we stopped in on Sunday and the employee at the desk was welcoming and excited and great at interacting with my 3 year old, giving us a tour and getting Brooklyn excited about trying things and quickly set up her free first session. It was lucky and super helpful that she got to come back the very next day for her trial class and was the only child at that time in the class which really helped her acclimate to being there. We start her regularly scheduled classes next week. Her instructor was great with her- and happy to have her for future classes.
The team at SafeSplash is great and very accommodating. They seem to have a vested interest in our children and genuinely care about them. It is a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn the life skill of swimming.
My daughter felt empowered and supported. She was excited about everything during the lesson. She said it was the best swim lesson she’s ever had! I really liked how things were catered to her skill level.
