The shuttle drivers are always kind. I liked that the first driver reminded us to take a picture of our parking tickets in case we lost them. They always handle my bags for me. I wish there were an attendant at the booth. I miss being given a bottle of water.

I like that it it is close to the airport, and the shuttle driver helps with loading luggage. They always seem to be friendly. Also, you have a choice to reserve a covered area or have your car sit out in the open.

It is conveniently located close to John Glen International Airport. I like the fact that I can make reservations easily through the phone app. The bus service to and from the airport is always very efficient and comfortable. The shuttle drivers who transport their customers and assist with luggage are always most amiable and attentive.
