It's not about dollars and sense. And as far as convenience there are competitors. But for me, it's the people. Great attitudes and they always make you feel important and valued. Using the Spot is about the easiest way to park your car for a trip. They pick you up almost immediately and get you to the airport quickly. On your return, you can be assured that one of their vehicles will meet you at the pickup spot in a reasonable amount of time. The drivers are very helpful as we are getting older but still packing heavier suitcases and they will lift them in and out of the van. They are really very friendly and professional. Please be sure to tip them generously.

The gentleman that picked us up from the airport (CMH) not only loaded and unloaded our luggage - 4 large suitcases and 4 carry-on luggage, but he also put every piece in our car. We very much appreciated him doing all of this because we were in the air about 9 hours thus extremely tired

I was very happy with the service provided by The Parking Spot. On the outbound portion of our trip, my son left his cell phone in the car so he had to make a quick return trip, which he was able to do without issue or without causing delay for our departure. On the way back, for some reason I was unable to find my card identifying the parking location, and the driver was extremely courteous in helping me find it. The service provided by The Parking Spot personnel was above and beyond and for that we are grateful.
