Have always used Parking Spot at Columbus John Glenn Airport and found service and safety top priority. We did have short issue on return last Wed.when driver used ticket to locate our car but the location was not our car. Correct row but initial pickup driver had written incorrect slot #. Think issue is slot #s need to be repainted since they have been worn off. This is in Row X. Found our car nearby and all went well.
When we landed our driver was amazing! He was friendly and carried all our bags and placed them in our car for us. I wish I knew his name to give him personal recognition. It was on 5-11-26 around 10:30 pm
I like knowing that I will definitely have a spot to park when I am flying. I have heard sometimes the other lots are full. I am relieved to know that will not be a problem for me.
