Making friendships. Caregivers that take the initiative to ask how they can help me instead waiting for instruction. Although I like meeting new people, I like having recurring caregivers so I don't have to keep explaining to multiple caregivers what I need them to do for me. I like being notified who my caregivers will be. I like being notified ahead of time when the caregiver is not able to show up for their shift because I need time to arrange for someone else to help me.
