Both home visits to appraise the health and needs of my husband were professional and very thorough. I feel that a sincere effort was then made to select caring and capable aides to respond to John's many needs and to our schedule. The agency has continued to monitor our situation and make changes when necessary. They have remained easy to contact and have always been both courteous and very helpful.
