The schedulers take my request for the days I need an aide to help with the care of my Dad. They are very helpful and kind. My Dad has Parkinsons with dementia and the scheduler tries to assign Pedro to take care of my Dad. Pedro the aide that takes care of my dad is kind, considerate and compassionate. Pedro has been taking care of my Dad ND hS a special bond with him and my whole family We are very lucky to have ComForCare
