I am able to have the same experienced care takers on a regular basis. They are usually able to find a replacement care taker if someone has to cancel last minute. The office is quick to respond to me questions and requests.

We have the same 2 ladies taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer's for the past several months. They are very caring and patient with her and my father. One of the ladies is always thinking about how to help my mom and has even brought small things such as games or puzzles that she knows will engage my mom. She is knowlegeable in how to divert my mom when she gets fixated on something that will put her in a bad mood. She comes up with suggestions for us to use as a family to make the situation better for my mom and dad. The office staff is great also. They keep the lines of communication open, respond quickly, and have provided valuable information that enabled us to get financial assistance from the VA - something we didn't know was possible. I would highly recomment this agency.
