If we could get more hours for Jessica Hope, it would be great. We love her and really like your company which is a niche industry service in this area. Would really appreciate more time with her for our dad.
Thank you

Try to keep as few as possible employees for 1 client. IE: one caregiver for 3 days instead of 3 caregivers for 3 days. The client has their disability to deal with and should not have to feel uncomfortable having to get to know yet someone else. Repetitiveness is extremely important to the client. Since the care giver and/or service company are responsible for that client, what is important to the client, should be done with utmost efficiency. My husband has been pleased with most of your choices so far, some more than others. Thank you.
The team member that comes to the house is always very friendly, helpful, and professional. Gail definitely needs to be rewarded for her ongoing efforts to make my mother as comfortable as possible. She is always early to show up, and goes above and beyond anything we ask of her. Couldn't ask for any improvements. She is the best!
We have had two different care givers for my boyfriends mom (2nd one is still with us) and they have been great. They don't ignore her, help her with her exercises and spend time with her.
Ritu is very nice and she takes very good care of me. I like her very much. Does staff at comfort care arvery friendly and help me with all my needs thank you, screenshot.
We love our caregiver, Jessica! We pray she never leaves us. She is a lifesaver and bubbly. She is professional, upbeat and has lots of experience to impart. We are so grateful you hired her and pray there will always be Jessica in our lives.
