Administrative people we dealt with were very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, several of the employees that came to help my parents were not very helpful. The good news is, out of all the people that were sent to help, we did find one that was excellent and that made the experience worthwhile. Danie is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate and truly made a difference in my mom’s situation.

Megan is one of the nicest people i have ever meet, she will do anything to help me, wash my hair and my feet, who dose that?? Anyway she treats me with respect and that is something that i am not used too, i am a hand full i know and a lil gruff but Megan's smile melts my heart and brings me up, she is a kind heart and i am so lucky she found me or i found her, anyway she has respect from this old man and i love what she has done for me!!
