Aids are proactive and self initiating. They are usually on time and try to be helpful during their short window of allotted time. The coordinator communicates fairly consistently for any changes. Phone calls are nearly always answered by a real person.

The curtiuos response that I get the time that the employes take to explain the things I do not understand and they also do exactly what they said they were going to do when I called and talked to them no company's named but the other place was a total night mare I am so glad we switched when we did best thing me and my care giver ever did

I love having Comfortcare. My caregiver is amazing and always goes above and beyond. She takes me to my appointments the grocery store I’m very blessed.
