Mike was very helpful and kind when setting up the account for my brother Bruce Williams. Bruce’s anxiety was so great he wouldn’t sign the payment agreement, but we were able to do a work around while Bruce was hospitalized and then at home getting anti-depressant and anxiety medications. He set up Bruce with a really extraordinary helper, Kristen. Kristen has been really helpful and willing to communicate what was going on with Bruce as he started to recuperate. Many times, she has gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a home healthcare worker. As a result, Bruce has gotten to like and trust Kristen, not an easy feat with someone who a few weeks earlier refused to sign the paperwork.

Bart is GREAT! He is professional and extremely capable of providing services as contracted. He is able to keep a positive attitude when dealing with the client - even when the client is resistant to must-needed services. I highly recommend Bart as caregiver and give him a rating of 10.
