Excellence Across the board. Whatever is broken, they fix it immediately. This agency has been very good to me since the beginning 2023. The staff is well versed in the field, and they ensure that the client is safe and happy. Because I'm a veteran, they have no problem making minute adjustments to schedules due to last minute VA appointments and cancellations of appointments. I would highly and gladly recommend this agency.

The company is flexible with the hours I'm allotted and they took their time to find the right fit for me too. My aide spends 20 hours a week with me she makes meals for me. When she leaves, my apartment looks amazing and my laundry is done. My aide also enjoys the work too. My quality of life is so much better with my aide in my life. I'm grateful for her... Y'all .need to give S. Carter a raise!

I enjoy the professionalism and courteous exchanges I’m able to have with the CNA’s and the staff. I feel safe, seen and heard by all but especially by the ComForCare Home Care staff. They go above and beyond to your resolve your concerns. They never make you feel like you’re a burden and more than anything, they understand the challenges veterans maneuver routinely with the VA. I have been blessed by being with them for over three years. They are flexible and have made emergency changes on my behalf at a moments notice. They have been my life string for the past 4 years. I would and do highly recommend this agency. They understand the language of the VA. “Hurry Up and wait!” Their turn around time/respond time is immediate.
