The staff has grown in experience over the last few years. They are very supportive and treat our family like theirs. It all comes down to the caregiver though. Caregiver availability is what can make or break the experience. Sometimes the agency is forced to place a caregiver that may not be ideal, but is the only one available. It becomes more difficult as the complexity of the case increases, as is our situation. The staff at ComForCare has worked very hard to provide quality care to my father for 7 years! For now we are in a very good place, thanks to ComForCare.

I do not have to worry about anything when they are there taking care of my parents. The agency has always helped my family out with various days and nights if extra help is needed.

ComForCare Mountainside has been a great source of support and care giving our our family. They try very hard to provide quality services. Communication has been very good. I wish they had a full time nurse. Otherwise we have been happy with the level of support they provide to keep my parents in their home.
