From the moment we made contact with Chad Otte, our experience has been first class. Chad came and met with our family to understand our needs, explained the process (more than once as we had so many questions), gave us numerous helpful tips/resources and programs that met our needs, and had someone to start helping us in a quick timeframe. He and Retta have stayed in constant communication with us to ensure everything is going smooth and we always know who and when someone is scheduled for us. The caregivers have been very attentive, flexible with us as we figure out what works best with our specific situation, punctual, and so caring to my parents. Chad and his services through ComForCare came highly recommended to me and I could not recommend them enough to someone else! He and his staff care as though you and your family are the only family they are helping at that time (and we know they are helping a lot of families). I wish we had contacted Chad earlier, but very thankful we have the caregivers we have now helping the way they do. My parents look forward to when our caregiver comes to our home. Thank you Chad, Retta, Bernadette, Destiny and Maricela - you are all so appreciated!
The kindness and dedication we have experienced with ComForCare in providing wonderful care givers for my mother. The communication is great. If we need anything we know we can call at anytime and they will respond. We have never had to use this type of service before and Chad made us comfortable from the first time we met him. We trust them with providing care for our loved one. Highly recommend.

Enter Marcie from ComForCare.
Marcie has been a shining light in my home caring for Jack. She is attentive to his needs and her fav saying is (you are not going to fall, not on my watch). She and Jack do puzzles together, and they do calisthenics together from him wheelchair. He really loves her and her tenderness in caring. They hit it off from day 1. Three fist pumps to Marcie. Always on time with a smile and a hug. Thank you ComForCare for caring Marcie.
