Calling the office, I spoke with Michelle and Holly and they are very kind and knowledgeable. Our PSW is Karen and she is so warm and friendly and I feel very confident with leaving my mom in her care.

Respite Caregiver is wonderful - punctual, interacts compassionately and professionally with my husband who has Parkinson's with Dementia. Keeps good notes for me. Likes to have tasks to do during the night and does an excellent job (eg. laundry, light housekeeping, fruit salad). The organization is committed to getting the right fit for my husband and is very responsive if I need to change a schedule.

We loved the idea of having the same psw for each visit where as through the government it was just a terrible experience,we loved our Helen but she retired on us last Friday I’m sure our new psw Karen will be as prompt and friendly as Helen.
