The only reason why I rated this a 9 & not a 10 is because the agency has a difficult time sending replacements to cover an aide's absence. They do try their best, but it doesn't always work out.

Outstanding organization that truly cares about its patients / clients and their needs. ComForCare takes the time to assess the individual, personal preferences and needs of their patients / clients and matches them with Caregivers who are able to best assist them. The Administration and Staff are knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and proactive. Communication is excellent and transparent. Financial transactions are handled efficiently and thoroughly. Truly a great organization!
