It truly is a great place to work where the administrative team genuinely respects the staff, are welcoming, tolerant, understanding, compassionate and listen to staff concerns. The nurses really offer a lot of support and always meet the staff at the client's home when it's the first shift to go over the care plan and make sure the staff knows exactly what they need to know to do the best job possible. Naomi, our nurse in charge, is spectacular! Professional, sincere, committed, extremely knowledgeable and kind. She is everything family members caring for aging parents could ever wish for. Janet, the live-in caregiver is a gift from heaven (and Naomi sent her our way). Janet has taken charge and has patiently navigated the landscape of being the new face in the house with gentle authority and amazing grace. Thank you!!

The entire experience has been great! From my initial call, I had a great feeling about the company. Everyone I spoke with, from the person first answered my call to anyone else I spoke with all were extremely well informed and informative . Naomi walked me through the process and it is exactly like it had been portrayed. The aid, Virginia is a god send! She is attentive, very well trained and just a great pleasure to be around!

The inquisitive intensive interview with my Mother was kind-hearted, direct and satisfying. Our agent Naomi Noto provided us with a truly compassionate overview of what was expected from her newest patient, my Mother, and the ComForCare staff. I have every confidence that our newest assignee will tender to Mom the companion care that she deserves and that we require.
