My mom’s main Sid is very caring and good with her. My only issue is although the weekend aids are great there’s a lot of rotating. I do find this is overall trouble staffing everywhere not just because of the agency.

Dan is a wonderful person to work with. He works hard to find the right person for us and always understands what we need. Recently, my husband had pneumonia and not only did Dan want to know how Lewis was doing, he wanted to be sure that Lewis had seen the doctor and had had a chest x-ray taken. Dan cares and also looks at the bigger pictures. Dan wants to see how one person’s illness impacts another family member.
